The Head Of The Fork

I went to go and watch my mate Jonthan pointings play yesterday, last minute decision= very good choice.

The head of the fork is set in the front room of two twenty-something middle-class lads lives and follows the idling of time and chat they fill their empty days with. With something and nothing being actually shared in the entire dialogue between the characters, the tension builds throughout until they reach thier inevitable ‘fork’ in the road and confront everything they have been resenting each other for over the course of their domestic lives cohabiting together, in the most back to front fashion imaginable!

It’s a very true to life tale of what passive aggression does to people, the silence that speaks volumes and eventually overwhelms those who refuse to acknowledge it’s existence. Like a rot it sets in until it can no longer be ignored, full of seething resentment and bitterness it riddles their relationship and creates a limbo they will not be able to recover from, a past that made them unhappy and a future that will tear them apart.
